He sources high-quality urad dal, gram dal, rice, and fenugreek, which are ground into a smooth batter using a home mixer.
Talking to News18, Kanhaiya Sharma said, “I have been selling dosas for the last four years. I prepare dosas using good quality oil to ensure the health and well-being of my customers. First, I purchase urad dal, gram dal, rice, and fenugreek from the market. Then, I make the dosa batter by grinding these ingredients in a mixer at home.”
“Next, I finely chop onions, tomatoes, and coriander to mix into the dosa. I also prepare sambhar with a variety of vegetables to accompany the dosa. I ensure that only high-quality spices are used, which gives the dosa a unique and delightful flavour. Recently, I’ve started adding butter and cheese to the dosas and this twist has been a big hit with customers,” Sharma added.
