Vedanta on Wednesday said its board will meet on October 8 to consider and approve the fourth interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25.

“The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is proposed to be scheduled on Tuesday, October 08, 2024, to consider and approve the fourth interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2024-25,” Vedanta said in a BSE filing.

The record date has been fixed as Wednesday, October 16, 2024, it added.
